<div id=":vz"><strong>Preparazione:</strong></div>
<div><strong></strong>per 15 biscotti</div>
<div>Tritate finemente le mandorle e mescolatele allo zucchero a velo, versate il tutto sul piano di lavoro e aggiungete la farina setacciata e un pizzico di sale.<br />
Tagliate il burro grossolanamente e impastatelo con la farina usando solo i polpastrelli (il burro in questo modo non si scalderà troppo)&#8230; avrete come risultato un composto sabbioso.<br />
Sbattete ora i tuorli e integrateli al composto sabbioso, amalgamate bene il tutto, poi fate una palla, avvolgetela nella pellicola e ponetela in frigorifero per mezz&#8217;ora.<br />
Dopo che l&#8217;impasto ha riposato, lavoratelo aggiungendo il cacao (se preferite potete aggiungerlo anche prima assieme allo zucchero a velo), poi spolverate il piano di lavoro con un poco di farina e tirate con un mattarello la pasta fino a ridurla ad uno spessore di 1/2  centimetro circa&#8230;attenzione che questa altezza deve essere omogenea su tutto il piano della pasta frolla!!<br />
Realizzate con la formina i cuori e metteteli su una teglia con sotto della carta da forno. Cuocete i frollini per 10 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180°.<br />
Intanto che la cottura procede, prendete il cioccolato e scioglietelo a bagnomaria con il latte.<br />
Appena i frollini saranno cotti fateli raffreddare, poi spalmate su uno di questi la marmelata di fragola e copritelo con un altro biscotto. Ripetete il procedimento fino a terminare tutti i biscotti.<br />
Copriteli col cioccolato fuso passandolo bene anche sui bordi, lasciate asciugare e decorate a piacimento.<br />

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="mceTemp" style="text-align: left;"><strong>Preparazione:</strong></div>
<p><strong> Per il fondo</strong><br />
<strong>Tritare</strong> finemente<strong> i biscotti</strong> digestive, <strong>disporre</strong> il tutto in una <strong>terrina</strong>, unire lo <strong>zucchero</strong> <strong>e</strong> il<strong> burro fuso</strong>, amalgamare bene gli ingredienti e mettere da parte.</p>
<p>Prendere una teglia per la torta, spennellare il burro fuso sulla base e sui bordi e foderare il contenitore con la carta da forno (per foderare basta tagliare un cerchio del diametro della tortiera, e delle strisce dell&#8217;altezza del bordo)</p>
<p>Versare il composto ricavato con i biscotti sulla base della nostra tortiera e sui lati, mettere in frigorifero per un&#8217;ora.</p>
<p><strong>Per la crema</strong><br />
Versare in una terrina le<strong> uova, il sale, lo zucchero</strong> e <strong>mescolare</strong> bene, aggiungere il formaggio <strong>philadelphia e la vanillina</strong> e <strong>amalgamare</strong> il tutto fino ad ottenere una crema densa e omogenea. Aggiungere la <strong>panna fresca e</strong> il succo di 1/2 <strong>limone</strong>.</p>
<p>Girate bene la crema col mestolo e versate il tutto nella tortiera sulla base precedentemente realizzata</p>
<p><strong>La cottura</strong><br />
E&#8217; molto importante fare attenzione alla cottura della cheesecake&#8230;</p>
<p>Mettere la torta in forno preriscaldata a<strong> 180° per 30 minuti</strong>, poi portare la temperature del forno a <strong>150°</strong> e fate cuocere per altri <strong>40 minuti</strong> (fate attenzione che il sopra della torta non annerisca, se vedete che prende troppo colore coprire con della carta alluminio)</p>
<p>A fine cottura lasciare <strong>riposare</strong> la torta in forno per<strong> altri 30 minuti</strong></p>
<p>E per finire&#8230;.</p>
<p><strong>La copertura</strong><br />
Versare la<strong> panna acida</strong> in una terrina, aggiungere la <strong>vanillina</strong> e lo <strong>zucchero a velo</strong> e mescolare bene e mettere in frigorifero per mezz&#8217;ora.</p>
<p>Mettere la crema sulla torta fredda e rimettere in frigorifero per 10 ore</p>
<p>Prima di consumarla, a proprio piacimento, si può guarnire con della marmellata di fragole.</p>
<p>I miei colleghi sono le cavie preferite&#8230;al momento sopravvivono, a differenza dei miei esperimenti che a quanto pare vengono divorati!</p>
